| We offer cDNA expression clone construction service in several retrovirus based vectors listed above. User supplied vectors are acceptable only in special circumstance. Email us at info@cellogenetics.com for inquiries. These viral vectors offer highly efficient DNA transfer into proliferating or resting cells and high level expression of the cDNA insert. If you already have the cDNA and would like to use one of the listed vectors, please send your clone in whatever form along with desired requirement, we will subclone it and send you the completed construct as glycerol stock. A large number of collections of either partial or full length cDNA clones are now housed by various commercial vendors. Most of these clones are identified directly from cDNA libraries by sequencing and therefore are unprocessed. If you don't have the cDNA clone, or if you would like to introduce functional mutations, we can identify the most suitable clones from those open collections and use them as starting material for constructing your desired expression cloens. The typical turn around time for completing the expression clone construction is 3 weeks from the date when the order and starting cDNA clone are received.
